Ingredients
MILKMAID Sweetened Condensed Milk
½ tin (200g)
Desiccated Coconut Powder
200g (3 ½ cups)
Icing Sugar
100g (1¼ cups)
Silver Balls
10-15, for eyes
Glazed Cherries
4-5, cut into small pieces for noses
Almonds
8-10, split into halves for ears
Uncooked noodles for the tail
few strands
Method
1.
Keep aside 1/2 cup coconut powder for coating.
2.
Mix together MILKMAID, remaining desiccated coconut powder and icing sugar to get a soft dough.
3.
Take a small quantity of dough, the size of a lemon and form into an elongated mouse shape. Coat with the dry coconut powder.
4.
Use silver balls for eyes, glazed cherry pieces for noses, almond slivers for ears and noodle strands for tail.
5.
Leave in a cool place.
